- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both flat rate, and time & labor pricing, customers can choose wich one they prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not screen our customers, our process is only as complicated as the repair itself. We will help anyone in need of an appliance repair if they reach out to us and it is within our geographical region.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training from manufacturers and independent sources are frequent. The appliance industry is undergoing some dramatic advances technologically, it is necessary to receive continuing education frequently to stay abreast of these changes.
