- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new clients, I will give a free consultation via phone or in person. Gather documentation and then go to work to provide prompt service for taxpayers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning about all tax issues. I am required to take Continuing Education courses every year to keep my credentials.
