I have worked with Chris for a while now. He always keep it motivating and fun. He keeps me challenged but not discouraging. I have shoulder issue and he adapts my exercises to accommodate this. I look forward to every work out .

I started working out with Chris at the beginning of the year and I have been so pleased! He is a constant motivator, super knowledge and keeps the workouts new and fresh so it’s always challenging but never redundant.
