- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value my time at 25$ per hour. I charge for gas and other out of pocket expenses if they are excessive. Everything is negotiable and I don't mind bartering as well. Good people get discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been handy and I like to fix things. I grew up working on farms then joined the Navy for electronics training. I eventually became a Naval Aviator flying P-3 Orions and earned a commercial multi-engine pilots license. I have several degrees and all the training and experience from a 20+ year naval career and over a dozen moves.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have spent too much time in management, working for a bureaucracy, and sitting behind a desk. I prefer working with my hands and the sense of accomplishment you receive from a job well done and helping others.
