Our rates reflect the superb quality of our work and are flat and predictable depending on the project and phase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because our focus is on engineering, we request the make and model of each system component that will be included in the installation. We then research everything before we arrive and create diagrams if necessary. Our clients enjoy a hassle free, change order free experience, and their audio, video, lighting, networking, and other equipment works well with minimal to no service calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to multiple technical and managerial 4-year degrees, our experience speaks for itself. Though simple installations are part of our everyday service, we also engineer, install, and program large home automation systems, complete theaters, and much more.
