The Nickelson Construction team rebuilt our house after it was destroyed in the Colorado Marshall Fire. They created our forever dream home! The team worked with us from concept to detailed design. The design process was agile and positioned us to build on a quicker schedule as we didn't have to work with a designer and a builder. Their custom process fit our needs perfectly giving us the latitude to select everything but assisting with advice where needed. Once construction began, the team on the ground didn't miss a beat. Their communications and project management were outstanding. Quality has also been outstanding. Nickelson also stuck to the original price and had a mature process around change management. Whether you're looking to remodel or rebuild, this team will not let you down. Thanks to Nickelson for helping us rebuild!

I want to give a shout out to Nickelson Construction. They recently completed a basement remodel for us and they did a tremendous job. They are by far and away the best home construction group I have ever worked with. They were professional, on time and on budget. Their online project management software kept us up to date on all phases of the project from start to finish. Their project Manager, Jason Chavez, was a pleasure to work with and repeatedly went the extra mile to make sure our project looked great and stayed on budget. He even personally built and installed a sliding barn door for one of our rooms. I would recommend This group to anyone considering a home improvement project. This group understands customer service and knows how to deliver a great product.

We hired Nickelson Construction to complete our whole house remodel. We completely renovated it, removed walls, raised ceilings, re-did bathrooms and kitchen, etc and Isaac and his team was at the center of it all. They are professional, on time, consistent and follow up on all of their projects, from bid to completion. I never knew I could trust a contractor as much as I did Isaac. He consistently followed up with us throughout all of the many projects and made sure we were completely happy with all of the outcome. With such a huge project, it made all the difference having a piece of mind and knowing that it was handled by them, the quality of work is outstanding plus they are just genuinely good people. Not only would we recommend them to everyone including friends and family, I would not even hesitate to use them in the future, big or small jobs.

Amazing team to work with! We moved into a new house with an unfinished basement. Nickelson Construction was great to communicate with and got started shortly after we moved to complete our home! We are super happy with the way it came out! It matched the visuals provided during the proposal stage, so the finished product looked exactly like what we expected it too! We use the new space daily- it was great to work with a team that started quickly, had each step back to back ready to go without long breaks in between each stage, and an outcome that was exactly what we were expecting! Our special/custom requests were achieved and made the space that much more special for us to LOVE! If you are lucky enough to get to work with Jason, that factor alone will change your experience! He is the absolute greatest part of this process each step of the way. Thank you Nickelson Construction!
