- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: #1 We meet or speak, to understand complete project, needs and results expected. (1 Day) #2 I deliver a preliminary proposal for review and consideration. It will outline work plan, deliverables, due dates and costs for client approval. (1 - 2 Days depending on project/service) #3 Initiate work and deliver services as per agreed timeline.
