Introduction: I have been a designer in the South FL area for over 25 years, and every job beginning is a blank canvas ready to create a new environment. I have a long list of satisfied clients and many pictures in my portfolio to show you. Being in the business for so long I carry many national brands of furniture, along with designer lines you will not find in stores. My office contains thousands of fabrics and samples from area rugs to lighting and beyond. I am a licensed designer and am qualified both with experience and ability to create whatever design dreams and wishes you may have. I hope I get to meet you and to have the opportunity to show what I can create for your home. I really enjoy the work I do. The best part is when I am finished and the customer is so happy and proud of his/her home. The before and after are amazing even to me.

Working with Carol Masters has been a pleasure. She LISTENED to the ideas and style I was looking to achieve, allowing me to work with her looking for materials, furniture etc. without imposing her own personal style. Carol made good suggestions with options and respected my opinions and choices. She helped guide me in the right direction. Carol coordinated the job placing and following up on orders in a timely fashion. After having previous negative experiences with other "pushy" decorators who didn't seem to want to listen but just do their 'own thing,' Carol is definitely a joy to work with.

Carol was a doll. Very interesting and informative. Although I ultimately could not hire her (hubby was opposed), I did appreciate her insight and professionalism. She certainly has extensive experience in the field and would have been an asset for my projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge retail or under which includes my design services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to meet and discuss the project and also get to know one another. I would measure the project and take pictures. I then would work on the project , selecting furniture, carpet, fabrics and design. We would then get together for the customer to critique the project and make any changes before the final decisions. They would then be on their way to a beautiful environment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed designer in the state of Florida and have been in the design field for over 25 years.
