- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we charge by the number of windows at your home or business. We charge extra for significant paint removal, hard water stain removal, high dusting and window track & screen cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for onboarding a new client is quick, and we try to make it as straightforward as possible. We collect the customer's name, full address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment information. Once we have gathered those details, we schedule a cleaning at convenient date and time. Just before beginning the cleaning, we will take a quick walk around and point out any scratches on the windows and set expectations. We like to begin outside, but we will start inside too if that makes it easier for the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before moving to South Florida, I owned a security guard company in New York. I would clean the windows of our office on a bi-weekly basis. One of my employees mentioned how clean they were and suggested I start another business. The name Window Patrol acknowledges my more than 15 years in the security industry.
