Helping people live a healthy and pain free lifestyle is my passion. Pilates has been my saving grace after a neck injury from a car accident. If I had not been so strong from my Pilates practice my injuries would have been much more severe. I love sharing all of the knowledge of the body with my clients and learning from them as well.

I have to say....This was my 1st time doing pilates....I usually do yoga. Most important Leslie took her time an eased me into the workout. I worked out areas I didnt know existed...Lol After each session I feel amazing & refreshed. If you have tried Pilate's...I highing recommend you start TODAY with your 1st step calling Leslie. OH I forgot to mention...ask her for a cute pair of her socks to help hold you into place😊 enjoy I know I am. Thank you Leslie
