- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the diversity of our clientele, we do not have set pricing. Our prices are set based upon the need and size of the client in question.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is for us to have a phone or face-to-face conversation with the client to establish a report. That is followed by a complimentary Concept Consultation to ensure that our we are the right fit for all parties. Then, a contract is drawn up by VDI to be reviewed by the client. Once approved, VDI gets to work. The process is quick, depending on how many management layers the client has to gain approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO, Mr. Hamilton, has a B.A. in Theatre and Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Education. The last eight years, he has been in the marketing and sales industry working with Fortune 500 clients, such as The Home Depot and AT&T.
