- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients' tax preparation fees are determined on an individual basis. Many factors impact the fee, for example, the number of states attached to a federal return, the number and types of schedules prepared on an individual’s tax return, and the format of the information the client delivers to us . Is the information summarized or do we need to sort and total the information we receive? Based on our years of experience, there are some efforts that are common in the preparation of all tax returns. The common efforts in our proven methods include information gathering, data entry, supervising, reviewing, assembling, and filing. The items in common to all returns set our minimum fee for tax preparation.
