Anyhing Excel (Steve and His Team) did a great job building my my cleaning company (Clean House Peace of Mind, LLC) a scheduling app in Excel. The Scheduler ( my new App) runs my day to day scheduling operation and tracks payroll, revenue and expenses on a weekly and monthly basis. It saves me hours of time creating schedules for all of our cleaners and the database acts at a CRM, so all of my customer information and revune and payments can be tracked at the same time. I had no idea that Excel could handle everything I needed to run my business. They even included a P & L to track my monthly and yearly financials, which saved me hundreds of dollars preparing my business taxes. That alone was worth the cost of the project! I highly recommend Steve and his Team. They were professional and very patient with all of my changes and add on's along the way. Steve went above and beyond my expections in designing a professional Tool that makes my life alot easier! Thank you Steve and the AE programmers!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the hours of programming and administrative work required to produce your desired Business Solution, based on all of the custimized functionality required for your workflow process. Our rates are based on Service Type: Excel Progrmming; Progressive Web App Development with Hosting & Support; and Proprietary Web App Devlepment. All of our Services are priced below the standard rate for the industry to make us more affordable, especially for individuals and smaller businesses. We work with you to build the best possible Solution within your budget. We require a deposit to commence the programming process, however your initial phone consultation is at no cost at all. Pricing and timelines for delivery will be laid out in the S.O.W. (Statement of Work) and business agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process starts with an inital phone consultation, giving you the opportunity to share your business model and explain either the problem you need help with or the idea you have for a new Business Solution for your workflow. We will listen, ask questions, and once we have a full understadning of your needs, we will make our suggestions for the best possilbe Solution for your Business. Once we agree on your Business Solution, we will prepare an S.O.W. (Statement of Work) to be presented to you within out standard Contact Proposal for your review. This will give you the opportunity to make sure we are on the same page for the service you are hiring us for. Upon final signatures of the Contract Proposal, by both parties, we will move forward with building your new Solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Developers / Programmers have over 20 years of Excel, Business and Web App / Proprietary Software Development experience. They are all licienced, certified, and have various levels of Degrees. They are experts in multiple programming languages. In addition, they are continually learning and improving thier skills as technology advances.
