- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-fee pricing that is fair and reasonable. We try to stay away from hourly attorney fee contracts because they usually cause a strain on the attorney-client relationship. A flat-fee agreement allows the client to know exactly what work will be done ahead of time. It benefits both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that the client meet in-person at our office. We then discuss the client's needs and develop a strategy and a flat-fee payment schedule that is fair and reasonable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys have been members of the Florida Bar for over 20 years. Our attorneys have 100's of jury trials to their credit as well as hundreds of non-jury trials and final hearings.
