What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct a recorded 10 minute phone interview with the client, a contract is drawn within the hour and agree when the investigative services will start. Daily updates to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 Years Law Enforcement. I have worked cases in robberies, homicides, auto theft, missing persons, fraud and many more crimes.
