Introduction: I provide therapy for individuals, couples and families. I have experience with helping clients that have issues with communicating effectively, substance use, low self-esteem/self-worth, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I am also trained in Prepare Enrich to help couples who are planning to become married as well as those that have been married for a long time to strengthen their bond and understand the dynamics that cause conflict between them. I enjoy helping others gain a better quality of life and a sense of hope for their future.
