- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For both coaching and consulting, the initial session is complimentary in order to ensure your success and discover if we align as far as reaching your goals. If in agreement, my coaching package is $350 for 4 weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Depending on the action plan and the goals that you want to accomplish, there are discounts for multiple packages. For consulting, depending on your needs we can discuss a monthly retainer fee or hourly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As mentioned, there is an initial complimentary discovery session for coaching and general assessment session for consulting. We will explore what the pressure points are and what goals we want to reach. If in agreement, we will then meet weekly or biweekly to meet those goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification through the International Coaching Federation; Small Business Start-ups and Development Fellow at the New York Leadership Center; Management and Strategy Institute Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Executive Management Certified.
