Juan gave me a fantastic price on this particular 16x22 concrete slab. He was a hard worker and did everything mostly by himself. The disappointing thing was the fact that he also did it by himself. He informed me he lost his guy that did his form work and I did my best to help him square the form boards. The slab was poured and unfortunately it's slightly out of square. I will be adjusting my building to fit the footing. Not a huge problem. The only other issue I had were the control joints. Juan cut the control joints after the slab was cured and the control joints are wavy and crooked. They also are not deep enough. His saw went down and I tried to reach him to ask him to come back and make them deeper, but never heard back. Granted, this was not specified in the contract so I'm not holding him to that. Again, I'd like to reiterate that Juan is an extremely hard worker and nice gentleman. He will give you a fair price for the work. Be straight with him and he'll be straight with you. After all, we all have families to support. I rated 4/5 stars.
