- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not at the moment. Currently I only provide a service, customers would need to provide their own parts. Although I can assist with locating the parts needed for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to get details on their project. Clarity is important to me because I want to make sure the service I provide is exactly what the customer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communication: Media Studies. I also hold a A+ certification from CompTIA. I have 10 years experience with media installation and repairs.
