- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since different client have different needs, pricing can be very different. For the most part, we offer packages of service for weddings, and per-event rates for other events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's easy: clients tell us what they want, and we make it happen. Our clients have peace of mind because we take care of details they might not have anticipated. Many customers remark, "Oh I didn't even think to talk about the proper attire!" or "I wouldn't have thought about having a microphone for announcements!" Clients tell us the attention to detail adds up to an amazing experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over twenty years of experience performing music live across the Southwest US. We are music composers (ASCAP members) and proud members of the Fort Worth Songwriters' Association.
