- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel and equipment/set up is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually follow up with a customer several times to make sure we are on the same page. Will often leave my email or phone number to make communication easier. I require a $50 deposit (Paypal) to save the date requested and the rest can be paid up front after the event. I wiill arrive early to set up and be ready dressed appropriately and Show to the property and everyone involved. I play a mixture of original songs and a wide range of covers as well and I usually take a break or two depending on how long I play. During breaks I have the option of playing a playlist of songs or the customer can plug in a phone or computer of their own to play through the speakers if house music is needed in between. I'm very flexible to work around the needs required, so if there is a unique schedule or set up I am always happy to follow it. I can emcee as well for event announcements if needed.
