FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process includes a one on one initial conversation to understand more about the goals and objectives of my clients, set up expectations and make a plan. I usually provide a memorandum and a brief analysis of my client’s case following the meeting. The document outlines relevant facts, objectives, project plan and how inneedsolutions can help you reach your goals. If the prospective client would like to engage inneedsolutions for its case an engagement letter is signed that defines the relationship, the work to be performed and the relevant deliverables.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CFA charterholder and a member of the Boston Society of the Securities Analysts. I hold a master’s degree in Finance from Bentley University and an undergraduate in Business and Economics. Currently, I am an Enrolled Agent candidate, passed all 3 parts of the Special Enrollment Examination.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I always make sure my clients understand their needs and usually urge them to seek alternatives to what we do together through google.com and other search engines. It is important to understand the higher level picture and be able to delegate the details.
