Introduction: Tons of experience in all cuisines of food. My favorites are American, Mexican/Latin, and fusion cooking styles. I have no set menu but a ton of very diverse dishes and are willing to work with clients based on their needs. I enjoy sharing flavor profiles that people aren't normally used to eating. Its just very rewarding to make people happy through the food and dishes I cook and create.

I have never had a bad meal with chef or die catering. Each meal I have is better than the one before it! I continue to be blown away by the creative dishes he comes up with and their execution. We are planning parties just to have a reason to hire him!

I have never hired him personally for an event, but i eat at his restaurant in Framingham almost every day. This guys food is absolutely amazing. I plan on hiring him for my nephews bday party.

Had the pleasure to stumble upon the brunch location while in framingham, and had the chef, Beau, cater a family reunion i was holding shortly after. On both occasions i was extremely impressed with not only the uniquely designed and original takes on classic dishes, but also the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys expanding their culinary horizons, and will myself be returning to the framingham location as often as i can

We were so pleased with our last two, small events which we had them cater that we decided to have Chef Or Die Catering be the caterer for our wedding We will be flying Beau Williams and his crew out to St Louis to fufill our catering needs for our 250+ people wedding reception. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a private/personal chef my going rate is $150.00 an hour. It might seem like a high rate but I have heard some others charge upwards of $250.00 and are less experienced then I am.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about every aspect of their function/event. I like to get a little better feel for the types of food they are looking for and start from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working every station, in just about any kind of kitchen, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience through hands on, on the job training.
