I started to work with Jen because I was experiencing information overwhelm. My work as a Spiritual guide, is heart centered and as easy as breathing. Putting myself out in the world was challenging. I was feeling insecure around my business and believing everyone else knew better than I, about growing it. I gave away my power without realizing it. Jen showed me a different way. Jen engages with me in a way that creates impact. With unbridled curiosity she asks the type of questions that allow for the epiphanies and awareness to come in the most timely, authentic and powerful way. I believe that Jen’s ability to hold space with such acceptance, courage and love allowed me to show up extraordinary. Jen is an intelligent, compassionate coach who provides exactly the right amount of support you need to reach your goals. What I loved about Jen is that she is so empowering. When we partner together we design a program that is right for you and the results you want to create. My programs range from $800/month to $1500/month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work together to identify what your goals and why they are important to you, and then we will make a plan so that you can create the life you want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Boston University where I focused on Family Systems. I am Co-Active coach, a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach and I am Reiki trained. I am a mother (2 teens), wife (20 years), daughter, sister, friend, teacher, coach, mentor, author and speaker. My purpose is to help others live authentic, courageous lives...it always has been.
