- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There two types of services we can provide for your document destruction. (Schedule services )were we come pick up your documents on a weekly,biweekly,monthly or bimonthly schedule. We can leave a secure executive cabinet that you can put your documents until you pick up, or we can give you a 64 gallon secure tote to put your documents until your schedule pick up. (Purge Services) a one time service your files, this can be done by use removing your file boxes, or by leaving you or 64 gallo totes for later pick up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call from a new client, the sales representive will take all your personal information and what file need to be removed, he will then forward the information to our dispatcher and the dispatcher will call you with in 24 hour to schedule your your job, once the job is completed you will receive a invoice/ certificates of destruction for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our personnel go through a yearly course provided by N.A.I.D, with a final test at the end of the course. All personnel have to score 80% or higher to be able to work for Datashredder Corp.
