Good Afternoon, I wanted to respond to this review as we have not completed any work for this customer. We spoke for the first time today on the phone and I let her know that we have availability to come out on Saturday. This was not an option for her. She said she would call me back and let us know if she had another time available. So again I do not understand why we are getting a 2 star review when we have not even gone on site yet.
