- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That our pricing is fair and reasonable within industry standards. Discount pricing is available for prepaid multiple bookings and first time customers receive a one time 15 mins included in first session as a welcome gift. Ask about our other methods to earn discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. After the decision to become a new customer, we'll work together to determine which format of interaction is best to achieve the desired results. Success in the topical area of focus is always the goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Pastor, certified in People skills training, and currently counsels and mentors leaders of major organizations. Married nearly 30 years, studied the causes of unsuccessful and successful relationships. In addition have coached and/or counseled hundreds of couples. Previously national lead trainer in the service industry, and regional manager for a national chain.
