Introduction: I love to go to someone's home or business and, with their cooperation and specific permission, transform it into a more beautiful, clean, and valuable environment. I particularly enjoy searching for opportunities to enhance the value of the property by making it more beautiful, functional, and appealing to others. It usually takes considerable time to bring about the needed changes. Such work entails working closely with the client or owner to achieve the goal of improving the property to their satisfaction. By achieving the results over time, the cost of such changes is minimized as the client's valuable property slowly undergoes the desired transformation. Several years ago, my love of using horticulture along with permanent structure improvement techniques to enhance all types of properties, led me to devote considerable study to care on both the grounds and permanent structures of both "personal and business" properties. I therefore embarked upon a request to obtain licenses needed in the state of Louisiana to pursue such work. I obtained a landscape contractor's license, a horticulturist license, a commercial pesticide license, and even an arborist license, which I maintained for several years. I have allowed those collapsed because I no longer need them. As I maintain properties for owners, I gradually make necessary changes, so there is no specific contract to engage in any activity which requires licenses. If such becomes necessary, then I consult with a licensed professional to achieve a specific task. I have owned over 100 properties during my career, including multiple homes in various states, four farms, and both commercial residential and business properties. Therefore, I am taking the liberty to declare that I have at least a modest amount of expertise about my passion to improve and transform properties of any type, even including farms.
