I was messaging them and we kept missing each other then I finally called them and a seriously overwhelmed rude woman answered and told me it would be hard for them to come out and give an estimate. What a joke. If that person was working for me I would have to let her go since she is turning away business!!!

i am sorry you found my answer to be inappropriate. I asked you for basic information on the size of the pool, and you did not know, if it was salt or chlorine and you did not know, what type of equipment you had and you did not know. We are very busy and do the service work for our customers as a convenience. You wanted me to come to look at the pool at the busiest time of the year and also told me you had other quotes and were shopping around,and knew very little about the pool as you were renting. Since you had other quotes and obviously were in a great hurry, i suggested that you call the other people on the list and get your problem taken care of. We are booked with appointments, and want to help you but you sounded as if you needed it now, and that was not an option this week as we are busy taking care of people who called us earlier in the month. Hope you get your pool fixed and opened and enjoy it and have a great summer
