Introduction: We typically go the extra mile to ensure the quality of our service is done properly and fully completed as compared to a lot of other computer repair techs who do "just enough". We don't demean our customers if they make a mistake that caused the problem nor for possibly not having the knowledge of how to fix the said problem themselves. We are no better than our customers. We know computers, mechanics know vehicles, doctors & nurses know health and medical, teachers know teaching & rearing, plumbers know waterworks, and so on and so on. We're all in this world together to provide what others may need. We just want to help provide computer repairs & sales for those who need it and to also provide a quality service while doing so.
We enjoy conversing with our customers and we stride to provide a relaxing, friendly atmosphere in dialogue while still being professional and getting the job done in a timely manner. We try to breakdown and explain "this n that" of whatever the situation is at hand and relate it to something else they might know more about for a better understanding of the problem at hand by correlation.
