Everyone selling property must enlist his knowledge of MLS, Trulia, Zillow plus real estate experience! The amount of money pales in comparison to the results his work generates.

In less than 90 minutes, Jim took 23 professional, high-resolution photographs of the interior of my home. Later that evening, Jim emailed me a link to his Dropbox account, so I could download the files including low-resolution versions for inclusion in the Multiple Listing Service. Jim's price was reasonable given the high quality of his work and quick turnaround time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the number of images requested, the square footage of the property, the location etc. Let's talk about your project, I'm confident I can quote a price you'll be happy with!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we discuss the project, agree on a price and a time to complete the shoot. Once the shoot is completed I digitally deliver the photos to the customer within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been shooting real estate and architecture for over 5 years. I'm not a wedding or portrait photographer that happens to shoot real estate on the side. This is what I specialize in and what I'm passionate about!
