- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on project and what my client wants. The client is the driver on the price. I can make suggestions and will give you all choices that you may want on each end of the spectrum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate after seeing project at their home. We take our time going through it with you so we both get a feel for exactly what you want. We will also make suggestions based on our expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in Colorado as well as local area building departments. I have worked in this field for over 30 years. I got my first training as Windham Technical High School many years ago! Since then, I habpve trained on the job and do many of the facets of my job myself. I also provide my licensed, trained subs in all other areas to get the job completed and under warranty.
