- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer..to my clients Recall Check, with this I record all model numbers and serial numbers of all major appliances. I send them out for a recall check. My clients also receive full concierge service. Recall Check, 90 Day warranty, Mold Safe, Sewer Guard, Platinum Roof Protection Plan, and We will buy back your home guaranteed if any major defects are missed thru the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors program. My Clients also receive for free "Now that you've had a Home Inspection" book. A wealth of information on the science owning a new home and what to do and look out for. Pricing typically I price the inspection by the square footage of the home, if there is a pool involved and how long it will take for me to arrive.

1. Send me the Address to be inspected. 2. Sign my pre-inspection agreement. 3. Set the appointment. 4. Receive your Inspection Report within 24hours. 5. Receive a Free "Now that you've had a Home Inspection" book Free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brett Salinardo, CPI, is a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors, and provides education, training, certification, benefits and support for its members. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing. Brett Salinado has acquired extensive home inspector training through InterNACHI’s rigorous Continuing Education curriculum, which includes dozens of live classroom, online, and video training courses, written by experts in their field, which have received more than 1,400 accreditations by state and governmental agencies throughout North America. In order to become certified, Brett was required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems.
