Tom was a true pleasure to work with! My computer wouldn’t boot up and Tom worked very diligently to pinpoint the issue (bad hard drive) and replaced it for me with an SSD that I provided him with. Excellent value as well. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Tom responded in a timely manner. He was very courteous and answered all questions about the installation of the new digital hard drive, in a way that I could understand. He ran a number of system checks to verify that everything was installed correctly. I called a number of places before I chose Trconsultants, and their fee was the best. Tom provided us with a follow up call, the next day, to verify that there was no problems and if I had any further questions. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of computer assistance.

Tom showed up at the expected time and found the issue right away and was able to delete what was slowing my laptop. Very reasonable priced definitaly would recomend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working on PCs is a big hobby of mine also Thumbtack is not my primary source of income so i’m very fair with pricing. If you check out my reviews you will see i’m pretty fair!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’v taken many microsoft classes and have earned MCP,MCSA, MCSE certificates. Also have been working in this field for many years!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When i was living at home lived with a family of 5 which all had computers. Always thought it was interesting how all the computers communicated. Any issues with these PCs I was always excited to find the resolution! This became a passion and my field of work!
