FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the electrical trade, if someone tells you they have a standard pricing system they are probably charging too much. There are too many variables for that. So in order to make a standard pricing system one would have to take into account every possible turn of events. I prefer meeting and looking at the project so that I can tailor the price for the project. This way the clients get a fair price and a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically make contact with the prospective client and set up a free consultation/estimate. This way we can get to know each other and answer any questions the client has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Electrician and an insured and bonded Electrical Contractor in the state of Texas. I also have 30 years experience in the trade. During that time I have personally had my hands on just about everything with wire.
