Introduction: We are a personal training studio that focuses on function and health, not just appearance.
It all starts with the initial evaluation. We don't just measure your fitness metrics, but your ability to move functionally. We address the underlying issues that cause problems most other trainers fail to detect.
We create for you a truly individualized fitness and mobility program because we've assessed each persons unique starting point. Our training will teach you how to not injure yourself in the gym, how building resilience against injury, pain and dysfunction while losing the fat and building muscle.
Our workout system, known as the NeuroFunctional Fitness Approach, is a compilation of a variety of different fitness systems.
We're a little different from conventional personal training for a few reasons:
1. The Fascia. Each methodically designed workout starts with myofasial release to break apart adhesion and loosen up muscles
2. We focus on corrective exercises and functional movement to get your body moving how it's supposed to, not building huge muscles or lifting heavy weights when you shouldn't be.
3. We utilize strength training and fat burning cardio in a safe and effective way
4. We offer customized nutrition solutions based on your individual needs and goals
5. Last, but certainly not least is one the most important (and best feeling) parts of our system. After each workout, we utilize more myofascial release and PNF Stretching (like a quick massage) to recover you quicker and have you feeling your best.
Quite simply, we love that the work we do truly helps people feel better, move better, and make positive, healthy changes in their lives. We love the 'aha' moment when a client realizes they are now able to do something that they have never been able to do, or haven't been able to do for 20 years.
