I really liked him and he did good work but was unreliable. He cancelled the first appointment but came through the following day. Then a few weeks later he didn't show up, so I texted him and he apologized and said he'd be here the next day. He never showed up and stopped replying. I now have a jungle and I'm having to hire a new company.
