- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is discussed ahead of time, their is never any hidden charges after the shoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up an appointment before the shoot to discuss what the customer is wanting, there we will talk about ideas concerning wardrobe, colors, locations and anything that will help them feel more comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography classes in college, several local classes that continue to sharpen my skills as a photographer as well as lighting and subject preparation classes. Always be learning.
