What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins starts with a conversation which is generally a phone call. The call creates the framework to evaluate your marketing needs. Our process is consultative and we love giving away lots of free advice. No matter whether we do business or not, you'll have liked how we made you feel. Armed with more information about how to create really hip marketing for your business, you'll be better off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team might appear small, but we have decades of programming, design and video experiences. We started out owning a successful game development company and transitioned to B2B digital design services as we love working with small business owners.

Typical theme based WordPress website pricing is $1750 for a brand new website. A fully customized WordPress website is $3750 to $7500 depending on the complexity of the site and whether security and it's eCommerce enabled. Video works is bid on a job-to-job basis based upon the complexity of the work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our roots come from designing cool games that entertained people. Out of those experiences, we learned to design sites that were both beautiful and highly functional.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have over 83 happy clients and 100+ projects completed with them. Our favorite customer is a small business owner. Being a small business owner ourselves, we understand the need to have expert consultants who you feel are part of your team. We'd love to be an extension of your marketing department and there isn't much we cannot help you with.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Every project is different. A typical project will take four to six weeks from start to delivery of the site. Sometimes a project takes longer if a client needs logos or other content generated. But we typically like projects that are month duration.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to know that web designer has been around for awhile and have a strong number of recently completed projects that you can review. Making sure they understand and are competent in the latest web and security standards are a must today. Ask for references if something isn't feeling right.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Having a clear vision for a website is helpful in the early discussion process. Looking at a competitor website or websites could be helpful. We use a comprehensive question and answer form to help and is an integral part of the design process.
