- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching (life, career, positivity, business): My fee is $120/hr. However, if you purchase a package of hours at a time, you will receive a significant discount. Business Consulting: My fee is $120/hr. However, if you purchase a package of hours at a time, you will receive a significant discount. Franchise Buying Consulting: My Franchise consulting service is free. I receive a referral fee from whichever franchise you end up choosing (similar to a realtor), if you end up buying a franchise. This referral fee is built in to every franchise fee by every franchise, so it is strongly suggested that you take advantage of it by utilizing a Franchise Consultant like myself!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first call is usually a discovery call for both the client and myself. I will ask you a ton of questions to get to know what you'd like to achieve with owning a new franchise, and to get to know you and your strengths and challenges. If you are utilizing my coaching services, we will set some goals that you'd like to achieve, as well as a timeline. I will then take you through several learning experiences to become more self-aware and to understand how you respond to your environment. From there, we will have very individualized sessions meant to help you grow and be the person you'd like to be. As a business consultant, I will first determine where in your business you presently are. If you have not started yet, I will start at the business planning stage and go from there. If you have already started, we will go through a SWOT analysis to determine what it is that we need to work on to improve your business and make it profitable and efficiently run. If you are utilizing my franchise consulting services, I will present to you franchises that match your needs and values. I'll help you connect with the right people at those organizations, teach you the right questions to ask, and help you navigate through the entire decision making process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas in Austin. I am also a CPC (certified professional coach) and a Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I am also an IFPG Certified Franchise Consultant. I have owned several very successful businesses, including a franchise that grossed over $2M in revenue over 5 years. I've worked as Franchise Field Consultant helping other franchisees make their businesses profitable, as well as served on the Franchise Advisory Committee. I won Franchisee of the Year in 2015. I was also a teacher for about 10 years, and I am able to transfer knowledge in an easy to understand manner.
