Victoria did an excellent job with my tax returns. I was behind on a couple of tax years and she was able to file the returns in a very short amount of time and get me up to date. She keeps up to date with the latest tax laws and provides professional quality work at reasonable cost. We highly recommend her for payroll and tax work.

Vicki has been my bookkeeper here in Frisco for quite a while. She REALLY knows her stuff. She helped get me into quickbooks and helped me understand where my money was coming from. More than just keeping track of things her background as a CPA and having a MBA has allowed her to help me with so much more than just the books. She also got all my taxes cleaned up for me. I have absolutely loved working with Vicki and her husband! I plan on having a relationship with them for the long term for our business and personal accounting needs. I really like the way she sets up accounts so we can always access anything we need, she personalized everything to our business, and there are a few neat things she does that the other accountants didn't offer. One of those was downloading transactions almost every day for bookkeeping so our QuickBooks is always accurate and up to date.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly fixed pricing which depends on number of accounts and volume of transactions. We also will do project based for an hourly fee. We will customize fees based on the individual needs of a company
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face to gather information and get to know my customer's likes and dislikes about their accounting practices. Looking at all the data available to determine how to organize to best serve the needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Public Accountant; MBA The State Board of Public Accountancy requires 40 hours of continuing education each year. Also QuickBooks offers many seminars that I attend to keep updated on changes.
