- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appraisal fees are determined based upon the type of property and intended use of the appraisal. My typical fees range between $350 -$500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer includes making contact via phone, email or text to schedule a visit to the property being appraised. At the scheduled visit, I take pictures of the property, measure the property for square footage, ask about recent updates to the property, discuss the appraisal process and answer any questions from the homeowner. I then give a timeframe quote for when the appraisal will be completed. After delivery of the appraisal report, I follow up with the client to answer any additional questions they may have.
