About
It's unfortunate, but my customers tell me how refreshing it is to have a handyman that has integrity. I hear stories of jobs not being finished or people getting blown off. If I say I'm going to be somewhere, I'm going to be there! This is why I named my business "Trusty Justin"...because I'm the handyman you can trust in :-)
Fixing things is what I do. When things don't work, I first look to see if there is a way to repair it rather than throw it out and get a new one. The challenge of finding out how to fix something and the satisfaction of having done so is always fulfilling. I've been in the "smart home" technology business for about 10 years now, so I also love helping people find solutions to use technology in the home to make their lives more safe, convenient and fun!

Justin did a great job troubleshooting problems with our electrical and updating all of our outlets. He pointed out where we needed GFI outlets, for the safety of our family, as well as, where dimmers switches would work nicely. I had also purchased a Ring Surveillance Front Doorbell, which he installed, adding a new level of security for our home, as well as, a puppy cam for the living room so I can keep an eye on the family pooch while at work.
Justin was punctual, polite and worked very efficiently which we appreciated, given the hourly rate. His fees were more than reasonable, which is great knowing that we don't have to put off mending things around the house or making improvements, as we now have someone to call that we can trust, knowing it'll get done right and exactly what it's going to cost. I think two of the biggest contributors to not keeping things maintained, is the fear of being overcharged and not having someone trustworthy. No more!
We're now actually looking for more things that we'd like done!
