- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with you to give you the best pricing that we both can be happy with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation with the customer about their project and what their goals and expectations are; set up appointment to look at the site work is needed; give a quote. If hired will give frequent updates on progress and inform immediately if run into any issues that will affect expected deadlines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for 21 years. The still I obtained are self taught and being mentored by professionals in the same field of work.
