- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to provide a value to my customers. Pricing includes the use of equipment and time required, to safely complete the job with minimal damage to surrounding landscape and structures. Many people can prune or fell a tree, but can they do this in a way that doesn't translate to more cost in the future? It's my goal to minimize cost by doing the job right in the first place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I schedule a visit to the project location to assess the scope and risk of the project. I then discuss options with the customer. After this visit, I prepare a detailed estimate including the scope of work as discussed. Once the customer approves the estimate, I schedule the date to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of rigging experience and 3 years training in arborculture.
