Always goes above and beyond ,and when you get to know them they're not just a company you hire you feel like part of their family .the love they have for their country the service they gave, is the same they give to their client and community, that's why I like these guys they have big hearts and help other veterans!

Joe and his team clearly aim to please and quite frankly went above and beyond today. I had them move a heavy 500lb safe down to my basement and bring an old rear projection TV up. The TV was so large that after trying for a few minutes we all realized that it had to be disassembled to fit through the stair landing. They didn't hesitate to disassemble it, per my request of course, and kept things moving right along. As for the safe, it barely fit on the stair landing so there wasn't room for the hand truck wheels plus the safe. I was amazed when they man-handled the safe down the stairs without the hand truck! They could have simply told me that it wasn't going to work out, and offered to put the safe someone else. However, they wanted a happy customer and pushed themselves. It's very rare these days to come across people of their caliber. These men work intelligently, efficiently and safely and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving or junk removal services. Thank you for your service!

- Get into a new line of work. What a disappointment. A furniture move resulting in damaged furniture, busted drywall, and damage to our hardwood floor. On top of that, attitude was given to my wife while on the phone afterwards. I would have rated it less then one star if it had been an option. No matter however being that the owner of JDog said he doesn't get much business from Thimbtack anyway.
