FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk with potential clients over the phone initially to get some details and get familiar with them and their project. Then we will meet at the project site and the start the process. If it's a small project, we will then generate a quote or estimate. For larger projects we can start with architectural drawings, then quote from those. We do not charge for quotes.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed that many remodeling companies in town specialized in certain aspects of remodeling or repair, but few were able to handle anything and everything that might come up. For example, a kitchen remodeler might tell me that I needed a new roof, but couldn't help me with it; couldn't even provide a recommendation. As a consumer, I had no idea this was the norm. Years later, I started this company as a full service company that has the breadth and depth of skill sets to handle everything our clients need. Today we are one of the largest remodeling & handyman companies in town, while remaining officially a "small" company.
