From the first time My husband and I met with Steve the owner of Made in the Shade we knew he was great. We had just bought a new house at the time I met him. I was so stressed with everything going on and truly had no idea what kind of shades I needed or even wanted. I always seemed to have such a hard time making decisions on things and I felt this was going to be just as hard for me. Steve came in and had so much patience with me. I could really tell he knew what he was talking about and how truly passionate he is about his job. He was not just trying to sell me shades he really listened and cared about what I was looking for. He did not rush me one bit and took so much time to make sure we were ordering exactly what I wanted. He also knew how stressed I was with how much we were spending on the home, he made sure this was in my budget. He made me feel so confident in my decisions and this whole process was just EASY! The day the shades came and they were installed it was truly everything he told me it would be. The shades really transformed my house and are so beautifully made .
