- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon the time quality and cost of products being used. I only use the best products when it comes to my clients. From the shampoo to the color line are all best quality to ensure integrity of the clients hair stays intact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always have a consult with client #1. Then reaffirm the information she provides to me as well as inform them of the process that will need to be done in order to achieve the look they are going for. As well as give options if they are undecided on what they can do or want to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly being educated always going ro classes and reading up on newesr trends. As well as constantly exploring new products and tools.
