Great, honest service. They fulfill every promise they make. Can't beat their prices. Only difficulty I had was trying to schedule an appointment, seems difficult to get nailed on the schedule. Other than that you can expect excellent and efficient work, I would recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give complimentary estimates on most jobs, but our hourly rates are $50 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary quote is given, then we set an in-person meeting with them to see the exact project at hand. After exchanging information the customer and Travis come up with a contract. After the contract date is in effect we begin work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AA Degree in design and several credits towards a technical enginerring degree. Business License. 5 years of related experience as well as growing up in a "hands on" family with lots of rental properties and DIY projects.
